Apartment is 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with a kitchen and living room and brand new laundry unit installed. There are two private entrances with keyless entry. LOCATION IS IDEAL FOR USUHS STUDENTS OR WALTER REED/NIH EMPLOYEES! There is reserved, private off-street parking directly on the property. There is also a very large yard, however, it is not enclosed. I am the only person residing in the house upstairs and am seldom home/tend to be pretty quiet. Rent includes utilities and WiFi at $2300/month. Walking from front door to USUHS campus takes 4 minutes, walking to WR takes approximately 12-15. Walking to NIH/Medical Center Metro is approximately 18 minutes. Walking distance to downtown Bethesda and Rock Creek Park! I would ideally like to rent this space without furnishing with a year-long lease (deposit $2300) but am amenable to furnishing the space a-la AIRBNB for short term leases but would have to request cleaning deposits, etc. Ready to rent 01 MAR at the latest.
